When to visit Costa Rica

The best time to travel to Costa Rica is another frequently asked question, however, there is no real answer to it, since the entire year, perhaps with the exception of October due to heavy rains is great. Even the rainy seasons has its advantages, prices are lower, everything looks green and it usually rains for 1 or 2 hours in the afternoon. Again, perhaps if you can pick the date, perhaps you should avoid October, because in the entire Central Valley, and the Pacific Coast, it is considered to be the rainiest moth of the year. On the other hand, October is when the climate along the Caribbean Coast is the nicest. Costa Rica`s climate can be divided into Rainy Seasons which starts in April and ends around November, and the Dry Seasons, which starts in November/December and ends in around April. In the travel and tourism industry, the Rainy Season usually has a bit higher rates, while as the Rainy Season , also called the Green Season for people working in the travel industry, usually brings lower rates in hotels tour companies and transportation. There is no winter, fall nor spring in Costa Rica, only one big summertime which is divided into rainy seasons and dry seasons. However, the climate is consistently tropical.
